On Saturday, before of the screening of his latest film, Jailer, in Lucknow, renowned actor Rajinikanth met Uttar Pradesh governor Anandiben Patel at the Raj Bhavan. The photos from Rajinikanth’s visit were uploaded on the official Twitter account of the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, or X. On Sunday, Rajinikanth is also slated to visit Ayodhya.
One of the photographs shows Rajinikanth greeting Governor Anandiben Patel. Rajinikanth and Anandiben Patel were seen conversing in the second image. Soon, he will meet with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow.
Rajinikanth had previously been in Ranchi. On Friday, he paid a visit to the state’s famous Chhinnamasta Temple and prayed. He also meditated for one hour at Ranchi’s Yagoda Ashram. This was followed by a meeting with Jharkhand Governor C P Radhakrishnan at the Raj Bhavan.
The box office for Jailer is exploding. According to early estimates, Rajinikanth’s action flick collected 9 crore nett in India in all languages on its ninth day, bringing its total revenue to 244.85 crore nett. According to Sacnilk.com, the film may expand and earn up to 16 crore nett in India on Saturday, its tenth day of distribution. According to trade expert Ramesh Bala, Jailer is also “racing toward becoming Tamil Nadu’s highest-grossing film.”
The film stars Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, and Tamannaah Bhatia in prominent parts. Nelson Dilipkumar’s film ‘Jailer’ had cameo appearances by Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, and Jackie Shroff.
