Review of Dream Girl 2
In the Hindustan Times’ review of the movie, it was stated that Ayushmann is “too good to be true” in both his roles as Karam and Pooja. He is just gorgeous in his scenes as Pooja, which are mercifully numerous. He just charms you, whether it’s through his body language, cosmetics, dance routines, or ability to speak in a feminine voice. With the exception of a few sequences that were poorly written but were nevertheless played effectively, I’m delighted he never makes crossdressing offensive.
