Mission Raniganj is anticipated to fare poorly on its first day of box office business. The Akshay Kumar film, which allegedly cost 55 crore rupees to produce, is expected to earn $3.50 crore net in India on its opening day.
The worldwide gross for Akshay Kumar’s most recent film, OMG 2, was 221.25 crore. The film has undergone a number of changes as proposed by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which had initially caused controversy due to its religious implications. Pankaj Tripathi plays the lead in the film, which critics have dubbed a “Superhit.”

The last time Akshay Kumar enjoyed a superhit was in 2021 with Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. He has eight films before OMG 2 that were failures, either commercially or critically. The Disney+ Hotstar movies Atrangi Re and Cuttputlli were both unsuccessful in attracting any viewers.
Bell Bottom was a failure, while Bachchan Pandey was a failure. Samrat Prithviraj and Raksha Bandhan both had low box office results. Ram Setu, whose production cost 150 crore, however made a meager 64 crore. Akshay’s film Selfiee, which came before OMG 2, made $24.6 crore worldwide. In the “Disaster” movie, Emraan Hashmi also had a role.
