Latest News: Bail granted for Chandrababu in skill development case
Latest News: The AP High Court has granted regular bail to Chandrababu Naidu, the former chief minister and leader of the TDP, who is facing charges related to the Skill Development Scam. Naidu is currently free on medical leave with a temporary bail. Bail was granted so that he could have cataract surgery. Naidu was imprisoned for 53 days before being released on October 31. Since it was an interim bail, the court had granted medical bail until November 28.
Meanwhile, the AP High Court issued a new ruling granting regular bail. The verdict was delivered by Justice T Mallikarjun Rao. For the TDP and its cadre, this is a great relief. TDP has consistently insisted that Naidu is not involved in the skill development scam. It says that politics of vendetta are being used by the ruling YS Party. – Latest News
