Rajinikanth’s Jailer is unstoppable in theaters throughout the world, grossing over 600 crore in just 16 days. According to Sacnilk.com, Jailer made approximately 2.5 crore nett in India in all languages on its third Friday. Rajinikanth plays retired police officer Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in Nelson Dilipkumar’s Jailer. The Tamil film, which was dubbed in Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu, was released on August 10.
In India, a jailer joins the 300 crore club:
Jailer has done well at the domestic box office. The action picture grossed 235.85 crore in its first week after debuting at 48.35 crore nett. Jailer generated 62.95 crore in revenue in week two. According to early estimates, the Rajinikanth picture earned 2.5 crore on Friday, bringing its total in India in all languages to 301.3 crore nett, according to Sacnilk.com.
