PM Modi: If the opposition so chooses, they may do "mujra"

PM Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the opposition in a furious speech at an election rally in Patna, Bihar. He specifically targeting out the INDIA bloc.

He stated that he would not allow anyone to deprive the SC/ST/OBC groups of the reservation benefits guaranteed by the Indian Constitution and that the INDIA bloc is free to perform mujra (dance) in front of their vote bank.

During his speech, PM Modi emphasized the need to protect the rights of marginalized people, saying, “I am giving the guarantee to Bihar, SC/ST/OBC communities, that they will not have their rights taken away while Modi is alive.”

He restated his firm commitment to the Constitution and the ideals championed by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, underscoring that no political tactics or pandering to special interest groups would sway him from safeguarding the reservation system.

PM Modi accused the Congress party of manipulating laws concerning minority institutions to cater to their voter base. He emphasized the consequences of such actions, noting that these changes resulted in the classification of numerous institutions as minority institutions. This, in turn, affected the reservation quotas for SC/ST/OBC individuals during admissions.

PM Modi remarked, Subsequently, thousands of institutions were designated as minority institutions. Previously, SC/ST/OBC candidates used to benefit from full reservation quotas during admissions, as reported by ANI.
