Ravi Teja starrer Eagle did well in its first three days at the Indian box office. Read on!

Eagle, Ravi Teja aka Mass Maharaja’s most recent release, is performing well at the box office. Since its February 9 release, the film has been trending on Twitter, generating a lot of buzz on social media. Read on to find out how much the Telugu film grossed in its first weekend at the Tollywood Box Office.

While the film’s overall opening weekend numbers appear to be satisfactory, the fact that it experienced a drop on Saturday and Sunday cannot be overlooked. These signs indicate that Eagle’s box office collections may fall throughout the week.

Eagle debuted with 6.2 crore in revenue, including 6.1 crore from Telugu and 0.1 crore from Hindi. On Day 2 (Saturday), the film grossed 5 crore, with 4.87 crore from the Telugu version and 0.13 crore from Hindi. Eagle earned 4.70 crore on day three (Sunday), according to early estimates. The film, directed by Karthik Gattamneni, grossed 15.90 crore (net India) during its opening weekend.

It should have crossed the 20 crore mark by now, if not for the drop on Days 2 and 3.

Saindhav’s lifetime box office earnings

Saidhav, which starred Venkatesh and was released on January 13, 2024, was a box office dud. The film received negative feedback from both critics and audiences, which impacted its box office performance. The film’s initial success was short-lived, as its box office dropped significantly within the first week of release. The daily collections dropped below one crore, indicating a lack of audience interest. Saindhav only collected 15 crore net at the Indian box office, equating to 17.70 crore gross, a disappointing result for its producers.

Eagle collected more than Saindhav’s lifetime earnings in just three days.

Eagle‘s first-week box office collection

Positive word-of-mouth will be critical to the box office success of Ravi Teja’s film in its first week. Although weekend collections were slightly lower, it remains to be seen whether the film can maintain its weekday earnings of 1-2 crore. If it does, Eagle is likely to reach the 20-crore mark.

Stay tuned for Eagle’s box office updates!
