PM Modi 5-state tour: PM Narendra Modi will visit Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar from March 4 to March 6.

On March 4–6, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar to inaugurate and lay the foundation for projects worth over ₹1,10,600 crore.

“Over the next two days, I will be visiting events in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and West Bengal. The development projects that will be inaugurated encompass many sectors and will change many people’s lives,” PM Modi wrote in a post on X.

According to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the prime minister will inaugurate, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth over ₹ 56,000 crore in Adilabad, Telangana, on March 4 at around 10:30 am.

Subsequently, PM Modi is scheduled to visit BHAVINI in Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu, at approximately 3:30 pm.

Prime Minister Modi will launch, dedicate, and lay the cornerstone of several development projects valued at ₹ 6,800 crore at Sangareddy, Telangana, on March 5 at approximately 11 a.m.

He will launch and lay the cornerstone for many development projects in Chandikhole, Jajpur, Odisha, valued at over ₹ 19,600 crore, at approximately 3:30 pm.

PM Modi will launch and lay the foundation stone for several connectivity projects valued at ₹ 15,400 crore in Kolkata on March 6 at approximately 10:15 a.m.

Subsequently, at approximately 3:30 pm, the prime minister will travel to Bettiah in Bihar, where he will officially launch, dedicate, and lay the cornerstone for several development projects valued at approximately ₹ 12,800 crore.

Prime Minister Modi will launch and lay the foundation stone for several projects relating to the power, rail, and road sectors valued at over ₹ 56,000 crore at the public program in Adilabad, Telangana. According to the PMO, the power industry would be the project’s primary emphasis.

PM Modi will dedicate, launch, and set the groundwork for several national initiatives about the electricity industry.

The 800 MW (Unit-2) Telangana Super Thermal Power Project in Peddapalli, owned by NTPC, will be dedicated by him.

The project, which uses Ultra-Supercritical technology, would provide 85% of Telangana’s electricity needs and will have the highest power-generating efficiency of any NTPC power plant in India, at roughly 42%. The prime minister also placed the project’s foundation stone.

Additionally, PM Modi will dedicate the North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Chatra, Jharkhand, which has 660 MW (Unit 2).

This marks the debut of our nation’s inaugural Supercritical Thermal Power Project, distinguished by the inclusion of a remarkably expansive air-cooled condenser. This innovative addition significantly slashes water usage to a mere one-third compared to traditional water-cooled condensers.

The initiation of work on this project was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi.

The Prime Minister will also dedicate the Fly Ash-Based Lightweight Aggregate Plant in Sipat, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, as well as the STP Water to Green Hydrogen Plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-III (2×800 MW) in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh; the Sea Water to Green Hydrogen Plant at Simhadri, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; the Fly Ash Based FALG Aggregate Plant at Korba, Chhattisgarh; and the Flue Gas CO2 to 4G Ethanol Plant at Lara, Raigarh in Chhattisgarh have all been designated for foundation-laying by him.

The PM will lay the groundwork for one Power Grid Corporation of India project in addition to launching seven other initiatives. The National Grid will be strengthened by these projects, according to the PMO.

The 380 MW solar project at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), will also be officially opened by the prime minister. From the project, 792 million units of green power will be produced annually.

In Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi will lay the groundwork for the 1,200 MW Jalaun Ultra Mega Renewable Energy Power Park, a project by Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited. Approximately 2,400 million units of power will be produced annually by the park.

The prime minister will officially open three Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) solar power installations in Uttar Pradesh’s Jalaun and Kanpur Dehat. The combined capacity of these projects is 200 MW.

PM Modi laid the foundation stone for these initiatives as well.

In Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, he will officially open the Naitwar Mori hydropower facility and the related transmission line.

Among other projects, Prime Minister Modi will lay the groundwork for SJVN’s two solar projects in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, and Dhubri, Assam.

In addition to the power industry, road and rail projects will be undertaken during the visit.

The prime minister will dedicate the freshly electrified Ambari-Adilabad-Pimpalkhuti rail route to the country.

He will also lay the groundwork for two key national highway projects, NH-353B and NH-163, which would connect Telangana to Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, respectively.

Prime Minister Modi will launch and lay the foundation stone for over ₹ 6,800 crore development projects in Sangareddy.

These projects span several critical industries, including road, rail, petroleum, and natural gas.

Prime Minister Modi will launch and set the groundwork for three major highway projects.

During the event, he will also inaugurate the doubling and electrification of the Sanathnagar-Moula Ali rail route, as well as the construction of six new stations. – PM Modi 5-state tour

The project’s whole 22-kilometer route has been commissioned with autonomous signaling and finished as part of the MMTS (Multi-Modal Transport Service) Phase II project.

As part of it, six new station buildings have been constructed at Ferozguda, Suchitra Centre, Bhudevi Nagar, Ammuguda, Neredmet, and Moula Ali Housing Board stations.

PM Modi will also inaugurate the MMTS Train Service from Ghatkesar to Lingampalli via Moula Ali and Sanathnagar. This train service expands the popular suburban train service in the Hyderabad-Secunderabad twin city region to new places for the first time.

In addition, the Indian Oil Paradip-Hyderabad Product Pipeline will be officially opened by the prime minister. Additionally, he will open the Hyderabad-based Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) center. The Airports Authority of India established it at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad intending to modernize and advance the field of civil aviation research and development.

PM Modi 5-state tour– In Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu, PM Modi will witness the start of the core loading of India’s 500 MWe indigenous Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor (PFBR), a historic milestone in the country’s nuclear power development. The company BHAVINI (Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited) is the one who invented this PFBR.

The reactor core comprises control subassemblies, blanket subassemblies, and fuel subassemblies. The process of loading the core involves initially loading the reactor control subassemblies, followed by the blanket subassemblies, and then the fuel subassemblies, ultimately leading to power generation.

In Chandikhole, Odisha, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation, and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects valued at over ₹ 19,600 crore. These projects span various sectors, including oil & gas, railways, roads, and atomic energy. – PM Modi 5-state tour

In Kolkata, with a key focus on expanding opportunities to enhance urban mobility, PM Modi will inaugurate several significant projects. These include the Howrah Maidan-Esplanade Metro section, the Kavi Subhash-Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro section, and the Taratala-Majerhat Metro section, which is part of the Joka-Esplanade line. Additionally, he will inaugurate the Pune Metro stretch from Ruby Hall Clinic to Ramwadi, the Kochi Metro Rail Phase I Extension project (Phase IB) from SN Junction Metro station to Tripunithura Metro station, and the Agra Metro stretch from Taj East Gate to Mankameshwar. Moreover, the Duhai-Modinagar (North) section of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor will also be inaugurated.

He will also flag off train services on these sections. Additionally, Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone for the extension of the Pune Metro Rail project phase 1 between Pimpri Chinchwad Metro and Nigdi.
