Chandrababu Naidu will go to Delhi to meet with Narendra Modi

On July 4, N Chandrababu Naidu, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, is expected to travel to Delhi, the nation’s capital. During his tour, he is probably going to see Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is his first visit since taking office and his second visit since winning the election.

During his visit, he could also run across Nirmala Seetaraman, the finance minister. He is expected to speak with the finance minister over Andhra Pradesh’s budgetary allotment.  Naidu will probably converse with the minister of finance on the key programs, both current and upcoming, that would generate revenue for the government.

He could also ask the finance minister to provide additional funding so Polavaram and Amaravati can be finished. Chandrababu Naidu is committed to finishing the Amaravati project in this time frame. He wants to prevent any future administration from having the same ability to move the capital as the YSR Congress government did over the previous five years.

After visiting Amaravati, Chandrababu Naidu examined the construction. He now has Amaravati status according to the officials. Given that the NDA at the Center is now more reliant on Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati is expected to receive some funding from the Union budget.

On the Polavaram project, Chandrababu Naidu has released a white paper. , he said that the diaphragm wall was damaged in three places and the slipway had washed out in 2 places during the 2020 floods. Chandrababu Naidu intends to consult with the federal ministers on Polavaram to determine the project’s next course of action.

A white paper on the Polavaram project, which held the Jagan Mohan Reddy government accountable for the current state of affairs, had previously been published by the state government. The diaphragm wall and spill channel damage were attributed by the chief minister to his predecessor. Senior officials from the water resources department and the union Jal Shakthi minister are expected to meet with the chief minister in Delhi to discuss the Polavaram project.
