The opposition’s motion to vote down the administration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was defeated on Thursday in the Lok Sabha. In his speech to the Lower House of Parliament yesterday, PM Modi promised that Manipur’s tranquility would soon return. Today’s sessions of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha are scheduled to begin at 11:00.
