Jagan: With the BJP agreeing to join the TDP-Jana Sena alliance, AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi stated that minorities and Dalits would not vote for the TDP combination.
Owaisi also questioned the logic of TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu’s recent partnership with the BJP despite his previous denigration of Narendra Modi as a terrorist.
“I couldn’t comprehend why Naidu initially supported the NDA and later withdrew from it.”
He stated that minorities, including Adivasis, Dalits, and Christians, would not vote for the TDP-JS coalition.
He asserted that political parties in Andhra Pradesh will win big thanks to the support of these four communities’ vote banks.
In addition, he disclosed that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, was a close friend of his and made it clear that he still holds that connection in high regard.
Speaking to reporters at the MIM party’s Darussalam headquarters in Hyderabad, he stated that he had not made up his mind to run in the nearby state of Andhra Pradesh.

Regarding the CAA, he noted that the MIM has consistently opposed it. He emphasized that the Telangana Assembly had also passed a resolution opposing the CAA and expressed the hope that the current Congress administration will do the same.
